北京工业大学焊接技术研究所

Welding research and development department of Beijing University of Technology (BJUT) is built by Prof. Biyu Xu in 1960, the year BJUT was established. In 1986, the welding department was authorized as a Master's degree granting institution. In 1996, Prof. Shuyan Yin from Harbin Institute of Technology and Prof. Yaowu Shi from Xi'an Jiaotong University transferred to the welding department in BJUT and began to train the Doctoral students major in welding. In order to co-ordinate the welding engineering education and academic research in the BJUT, institute of welding technology was built in 2002. Based on this Institute and cooperated with the Beijing auto industry, Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center of Advanced Manufacturing Technology for Automotive Components was built in 2007 and passed the acceptance in 2011.

北京工业大学从1960年建校就开始焊接人才培养,焊接专业由徐碧宇教授组织筹建。1986年获得焊接专业硕士学位授予。1996年哈尔滨工业大学焊接专业殷树言教授和西安交通大学焊接专业史耀武教授调入北京工业大学焊接专业,开始培养焊接专业博士研究生。为统筹全校范围的焊接专业人才的教育与学术研究,2002年北京工业大学成立了焊接技术研究所,并以此为基础,2007年与北京汽车产业合作,筹建了“汽车结构部件先进制造技术”教育部工程研究中心并于2011年通过验收。

Nowadays the welding department base in Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center of Advanced Manufacturing Technology for Automotive Components in BJUT, established welding technology research platform in Material processing engineering, mechanical-electronic engineering and Optical Engineering. Major research covers: Development and transformation of new welding power source, Advanced manufacturing technology of automobile structure parts, welding and manufacturing equipment and technology of spacecraft, sustainable welding materials and surface reinforcement materials and advanced laser manufacturing process.

北京工业大学焊接学科以汽车结构部件先进制造技术教育部工程研究中心为科研基地,在材料加工工程学科、机械电子工程学科和光学工程学科都建立了焊接技术研究平台。主要研究方向:新型焊接电源研发和成果转化、汽车结构部件先进制造技术、航天主体部件焊接制造装备与技术、绿色连接材料与表面强化材料、激光先进制造装备及新工艺的研发。

The Institute of Welding Technology in BJUT has formed a strong teaching and research echelon in the long-term teaching and practice. In recent years, our Institute has headed over more than 20 research projects of 863, 973, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the National Science and Technology Major Project. And received more than 10 awards of science and technology in national, provincial and ministerial level. Over the years, our institute built a long-term cooperation relationship with Osaka University in Japan, Kentucky University in the United States and RWTH Aachen University in Germany, engaged a number of well-known scholars at home and abroad as part-time visiting professor. Our staff dedicate their best efforts to lead the advanced joining/welding science and insist on sustainable development.

北京工业大学焊接技术研究所在长期的教学和实践中形成了一支实力雄厚的教学科研梯队。近年来主持或承担863、973、国家自然科学基金、国家重大专项等20余项,获得国家、省部级科技技术奖10余项。多年以来北京工业大学焊接学科与日本大阪大学、美国肯塔基大学、德国亚琛工业大学等建立了长期的合作关系,聘请了多位国内外知名学者担任兼职客座教授。我们全体研究人员均致力于引导和发展先进焊接/连接技术,坚持可持续发展。

陈树君教授

Prof. Shujun Chen got his PhD in Welding Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1999, and now he is directing the Institute of Welding Technology and the Advanced Manufacturing of Automobile Components Engineering Research Center of Ministry of Education at the Beijing University of Technology. He is also directing the Young Professional Committee of China Welding Society. His research is focused on advanced welding processes and intelligent additive manufacturing of aluminum parts, funded by over 30 programs including the natural science foundation of China and the national science and technology major projects. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers, and authorized over 20 national patents and 2 US patents. His 10-years-lasting research achievements in variable polarity plasma welding technology of thin-wall large-scale aluminum shell had been applied to the manufacturing of Chinese space stations, which bring him the most important honor that he won the second prize of the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award in 2015. And he was awarded as Cheung Kong Scholar Chair Professor in 2016, which made him the third Cheung Kong Scholar Chair Professor in welding area.

陈树君,1971年生,黑龙江双城人,哈尔滨工业大学博士,“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、博士生导师。获国务院政府特殊津贴,北京市百千万人才工程人选,北京市高层次创新创业人才计划领军人才。先后主持国家科技重大专项,国家自然科学基金等国家、省部级科研项目30余项。近年来发表学术论文100余篇,获国际专利2项,国家发明专利20余项,在高端焊接装备和航天航空领域取得良好成果,攻克了航天铝合金大型薄壁密封舱体结构焊接难题,以全套自主知识产权的等离子焊接系统成功完成载人航天"天宫一号"的焊接,获得国家科技进步二等奖及多项省部级以上奖励。

主要研究成果
“航天器舱体结构变极性等离子弧穿孔立焊关键技术与应用”

According to high precision and high reliability manufacturing requirements for the long life, high reliability and large size aluminum alloy seal module structure of space vehicle in Chinese manned space flight project, a large size thin-wall shell structure aluminum alloy variable polarity plasma arc welding system solution and turnkey project has been developed to ensure the successful implement of welding manufacturing in national major projects such as tiangong No.1, heavy lift launch vehicles, etc., and won the National Science and Technology Progress Awards in 2015.

面向我国载人航天工程,主要根据长寿命、高可靠大型空间飞行器铝合金密封舱体结构高精度和高可靠制造需求,开发完成铝合金大型薄壁壳体焊接成套技术解决方案,保证了我国天宫一号、新型运载火箭等国家重大工程项目关键构件焊接制造的顺利实施,获2015年国家科技进步二等奖。
